Enforcement Decree of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 82 (Procedures and Processing Period for Objections)

① 법 제96조제1항에 따라 이의신청을 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 신청서에 이의신청의 사유와 내용을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 공정거래위원회에 제출해야 한다.
