독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제124조(벌칙)

1. 제5조를 위반하여 남용행위를 한 자

2. 제13조 또는 제36조를 위반하여 탈법행위를 한 자

3. 제15조, 제23조, 제25조 또는 제39조를 위반하여 의결권을 행사한 자

3. A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 exercised엑서사이즈드 voting^v보우팅 rights^r라잇츠 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 Article아터클 15, 23, 25, or오 39;

4. 제18조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 위반한 자

5. 제19조를 위반하여 지주회사를 설립하거나 지주회사로 전환한 자

6. 제20조제2항 또는 제3항을 위반한 자

7. 제21조 또는 제22조를 위반하여 주식을 취득하거나 소유하고 있는 자

8. 제24조를 위반하여 채무보증을 하고 있는 자

9. 제40조제1항을 위반하여 부당한 공동행위를 한 자 또는 이를 하도록 한 자

10. 제45조제1항제9호, 제47조제1항 또는 제4항을 위반한 자

11. 제48조를 위반한 자

12. 제51조제1항제1호를 위반하여 사업자단체의 금지행위를 한 자

13. 제81조제2항에 따른 조사 시 폭언ㆍ폭행, 고의적인 현장진입 저지ㆍ지연 등을 통하여 조사를 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 자
