디자인보호법 제179조(국제디자인등록출원)

① 헤이그협정 제1조(ⅵ)에 따른 국제등록으로서 대한민국을 지정국으로 지정한 국제등록(이하 "국제디자인등록출원"이라 한다)은 이 법에 따른 디자인등록출원으로 본다.

(1) An앤 international인터내셔늘 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 Article아터클 1 (vi)^v바이 of어^v브 the^ð더 Hague헤이그 Agreement어그^r리먼트 that^ð댓 designates데지그네잇츠 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 as애즈 a어 designated데지그네이티드 country컨트^r리 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "international인터내셔늘 application애플러케이션 for^f포 design디자인 registration")^r레지스트^r레이션 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 design디자인 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 this^ð디스 Act.액트

② 헤이그협정 제10조(2)에 따른 국제등록일은 이 법에 따른 디자인등록출원일로 본다.

(2) The^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 international인터내셔늘 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 Article아터클 10 (2) of어^v브 the^ð더 Hague헤이그 Agreement어그^r리먼트 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 the^ð더 filing^f파일링 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 for^f포 design디자인 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 this^ð디스 Act.액트

③ 국제디자인등록출원에 대하여는 헤이그협정 제1조(ⅷ)에 따른 국제등록부(이하 "국제등록부"라 한다)에 등재된 국제등록명의인의 성명 및 주소(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭 및 영업소의 소재지를 말한다), 도면, 디자인의 대상이 되는 물품, 물품류, 디자인을 창작한 사람의 성명 및 주소, 디자인의 설명은 이 법에 따른 디자인등록출원인의 성명 및 주소(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭 및 영업소의 소재지를 말한다), 도면, 디자인의 대상이 되는 물품, 물품류, 디자인을 창작한 사람의 성명 및 주소, 디자인의 설명으로 본다.

(3) For^f포 an앤 international인터내셔늘 application애플러케이션 for^f포 design디자인 registration,^r레지스트^r레이션 the^ð더 name네임 and앤드 address애드^r레스 of어^v브 the^ð더 holder호울더 of어^v브 the^ð디 international인터내셔늘 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 (or,오 for^f포 a어 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 its잇츠 name네임 and앤드 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 place플레이스 of어^v브 business),비즈니스 the^ð더 drawings,드^r로잉즈 the^ð디 article아터클 that^ð댓 is이즈 the^ð더 subject서브젝트 of어^v브 the^ð더 design,디자인 the^ð디 article아터클 class,클래스 the^ð더 name네임 and앤드 address애드^r레스 of어^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 created크^r리에이티드 the^ð더 design,디자인 and앤드 the^ð더 description디스크^r립션 of어^v브 the^ð더 design,디자인 as애즈 recorded^r러코디드 in인 the^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Register^r레지스터 under언더 Article아터클 1 (viii)^r로우머네잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 Hague헤이그 Agreement어그^r리먼트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "International인터내셔늘 Register"),^r레지스터 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 the^ð더 name네임 and앤드 address애드^r레스 of어^v브 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 for^f포 design디자인 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 (or,오 for^f포 a어 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 its잇츠 name네임 and앤드 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 place플레이스 of어^v브 business),비즈니스 the^ð더 drawings,드^r로잉즈 the^ð디 article아터클 that^ð댓 is이즈 the^ð더 subject서브젝트 of어^v브 the^ð더 design,디자인 the^ð디 article아터클 class,클래스 the^ð더 name네임 and앤드 address애드^r레스 of어^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 created크^r리에이티드 the^ð더 design,디자인 and앤드 the^ð더 description디스크^r립션 of어^v브 the^ð더 design디자인 under언더 this^ð디스 Act.액트
