Design Protection Act, Article 185 (Inspection, etc. of International Applications for Design Registration for Which Deferment of Publication of International Registration Has Been Requested)

① 지식재산처장은 헤이그협정 제11조에 따라 국제등록공개의 연기가 신청된 국제디자인등록출원에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 같은 협정 제10조(5)(a)에 따른 비밀사본의 열람청구에 응하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따라 비밀사본을 열람한 자는 그 열람한 내용을 무단으로 촬영ㆍ복사 등의 방법으로 취득하거나 알게 된 내용을 누설ㆍ도용하여서는 아니 된다.
