법원조직법 제31조(지원)

① 지방법원의 지원과 가정지원에 지원장을 둔다.

(1) Each이치 branch브^r랜치 court코트 of어^v브 a어 District디스트^r릭트 Court코트 and앤드 each이치 family^f패멀리 branch브^r랜치 court코트 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 Chief치^f프 Judge저지 of어^v브 the^ð더 branch브^r랜치 court.코트

② 지원장은 판사로 보한다.

(2) The^ð더 Chief치^f프 Judge저지 of어^v브 a어 branch브^r랜치 court코트 shall섈 be비 filled^f필드 by바이 a어 judge.저지

③ 지원장은 소속 지방법원장의 지휘를 받아 그 지원과 관할구역에 있는 시ㆍ군법원의 사법행정사무를 관장하며, 소속 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

④ 사무국을 둔 지원의 지원장은 소속 지방법원장의 지휘를 받아 관할구역에 있는 등기소의 사무를 관장하며, 소속 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

(4) The^ð더 Chief치^f프 Judge저지 of어^v브 a어 branch브^r랜치 court코트 that^ð댓 has해즈 a어 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall,섈 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Chief치^f프 Judge저지 of어^v브 the^ð더 District디스트^r릭트 Court코트 to투 which위치 it잇 belongs,빌롱즈 take테이크 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 registry^r레지스트^r리 offices오^f퍼시즈 within위^ð딘 its잇츠 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 and앤드 direct더^r렉트 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 under언더 it.잇

⑤ 지방법원의 지원과 가정지원에 부(部)를 둘 수 있다.

(5) Branch브^r랜치 courts코츠 of어^v브 District디스트^r릭트 Courts코츠 and앤드 family^f패멀리 branch브^r랜치 courts코츠 may메이 have해^v브 divisions.디^v비전즈

⑥ 제5항에 따라 부를 두는 지방법원의 지원과 가정지원에 대해서는 제27조제3항 및 제30조제2항을 준용한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
