변호사법 제103조(업무정지 결정기간 등)

① 법무부징계위원회는 제102조제1항에 따라 청구를 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 업무정지에 관한 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있는 때에는 그 의결로 1개월의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 업무정지에 관하여는 제98조제3항 및 제98조의2제2항부터 제6항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
