변호사법 제112조(벌칙)

1. 타인의 권리를 양수하거나 양수를 가장하여 소송ㆍ조정 또는 화해, 그 밖의 방법으로 그 권리를 실행함을 업(業)으로 한 자

3. 변호사가 아니면서 변호사나 법률사무소를 표시 또는 기재하거나 이익을 얻을 목적으로 법률 상담이나 그 밖의 법률사무를 취급하는 뜻을 표시 또는 기재한 자

4. 대한변호사협회에 등록을 하지 아니하거나 제90조제3호에 따른 정직 결정 또는 제102조제2항에 따른 업무정지명령을 위반하여 변호사의 직무를 수행한 변호사

5. 제32조(제57조, 제58조의16 또는 제58조의30에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)를 위반하여 계쟁권리를 양수한 자
