변호사법 제68조(가입 및 탈퇴)

① 제7조에 따른 등록을 한 변호사는 가입하려는 지방변호사회의 회원이 된다.

② 제14조에 따른 소속 변경등록을 한 변호사는 새로 가입하려는 지방변호사회의 회원이 되고, 종전 소속 지방변호사회를 당연히 탈퇴한다.

③ 제18조에 따라 등록이 취소된 변호사는 소속 지방변호사회를 당연히 탈퇴한다.
