변호사법 제98조의5(징계의 집행)

① 징계는 대한변호사협회의 장이 집행한다.

(1) Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 action액션 shall섈 be비 executed엑서큐티드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korean코^r리언 Bar바 Association.어소우시에이션

② 제90조제4호의 과태료 결정은 「민사집행법」에 따른 집행력 있는 집행권원과 같은 효력이 있으며, 검사의 지휘로 집행한다.

③ 대한변호사협회의 장은 징계처분을 하면 이를 지체 없이 대한변호사협회가 운영하는 인터넷 홈페이지에 3개월 이상 게재하는 등 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.25>

④ 대한변호사협회의 장은 변호사를 선임하려는 자가 해당 변호사의 징계처분 사실을 알기 위하여 징계정보의 열람ㆍ등사를 신청하는 경우 이를 제공하여야 한다. <신설 2011.7.25>

⑤ 징계처분의 공개 범위와 시행 방법, 제4항에 따른 변호사를 선임하려는 자의 해당 여부, 열람ㆍ등사의 방법 및 절차, 이에 소요되는 비용에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.7.25>
