병역법 시행령 제55조(지연도착의 신고 등)

① 사회복무요원 소집 대상자로서 천재지변, 교통 두절, 통지서 송달의 지연, 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 소집일에 응할 수 없는 사람은 소집일부터 3일 이내에 지연도착할 수 있다. <개정 2013.12.4, 2016.11.29, 2019.7.2>

② 제1항에 따라 지연도착을 하려는 사람은 지방병무청장에게 지연도착 신고를 하고, 그 신고응소일에 소집에 응하여야 하며, 부득이한 경우에는 전신ㆍ전화 등의 방법으로 신고할 수 있다. <개정 2019.7.2>

③ 지방병무청장은 제1항에 따라 지연도착할 사람의 명단을 해당 사회복무요원이 복무할 복무기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.12.4, 2019.7.2>

④ 복무기관의 장이 제3항에 따라 지연도착할 사람의 명단을 통보받은 경우에는 신고된 신고일에 응소 여부를 확인하고 응소하지 아니한 사람의 명단을 지방병무청장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.12.4, 2016.11.29, 2019.7.2>
