병역법 시행령 제95조(병력동원소집 대상자의 지정)

① 지방병무청장은 법 제45조에 따라 병력동원소집 대상자를 지정하려는 경우에는 지역별 소집 대상자 중에서 계급ㆍ병과 및 군사특기 등 입영부대의 소집에 필요한 소요를 고려하여 지정하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 병력동원소집 대상자의 역종별 지정순서 및 지정범위, 그 밖의 필요한 사항은 병무청장이 정한다.
