Enforcement Decree of the Insurance Business Act, Article 27 (Classification and Registration Requirements of Insurance Solicitors)

① 법 제84조에 따른 보험설계사는 다음 각 호와 같이 구분한다. <개정 2025.10.28>

1. 생명보험설계사[제30조제1항제1호에 따른 간단생명보험대리점 소속의 보험설계사(이하 "간단생명보험설계사"라 한다)를 포함한다]

② 제1항에 따른 보험설계사의 등록요건은 별표 3과 같다.

③ 법 제84조제2항제7호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.
