보험업법 시행령 제3조(총자산의 범위)

① 법 제2조제14호에서 "영업권 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자산"이란 영업권과 법 제108조제1항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 특별계정 자산(제50조제1항의 특별계정 자산은 제외한다)을 말한다. <개정 2023.6.27>

② 제1항에 따른 자산의 범위 등에 관하여 필요한 세부 사항은 금융위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
