Enforcement Decree of the Insurance Business Act, Article 33-4 (Scope of Business of Corporate Insurance Agencies, etc.)

① 법 제87조의3제1항에 따라 법인보험대리점은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 업무를 하지 못한다.

2. 「대부업 등의 등록 및 금융이용자 보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 대부업 또는 대부중개업

③ 법 제87조의3제2항에 따른 공시를 위하여 보험회사는 공시에 필요한 자료를 모집에 관한 위탁계약을 체결한 법인보험대리점에 제공하여야 하며, 보험회사 또는 보험협회는 법인보험대리점을 대신하여 제2항 각 호의 사항을 금융위원회에 알릴 수 있다.
