보험업법 제142조(신계약의 금지)

보험계약을 이전하려는 보험회사는 주주총회등의 결의가 있었던 때부터 보험계약을 이전하거나 이전하지 아니하게 될 때까지 그 이전하려는 보험계약과 같은 종류의 보험계약을 하지 못한다. 다만, 보험회사의 부실에 따라 보험계약을 이전하려는 경우가 아닌 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2020.12.8>
