Enforcement Decree of the Act on Probation, etc., Article 16 (Duty of Probationers to Report)
법 제3조제1항의 규정에 의한 보호관찰대상자(이하 "보호관찰대상자"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 10일이내에 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소에 출석하여 서면으로 법 제29조제2항의 규정에 의한 신고를 하여야 한다. <개정 2006.3.23, 2008.6.20, 2009.3.18, 2019.11.5>
A probationer under Article 3 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as a "probationer") shall appear at the Probation Office having jurisdiction over his or her place of residence within 10 days and make the report under Article 29 (2) of the Act in writing in any of the following cases:
1. 「형법」 제59조의2 또는 제62조의2의 규정에 의한 판결이 확정된 때
1. When a judgment under Article 59-2 or 62-2 of the Criminal Act becomes final and conclusive;
2. 「형법」 제73조의2 또는 법 제25조에 따라 가석방 또는 임시퇴원된 때
2. When released on parole or provisional discharge under Article 73-2 of the Criminal Act or Article 25 of the Act;
3. 「소년법」 제32조제1항제4호 또는 제5호의 보호처분이 확정된 때
3. When a protective disposition under Article 32 (1) 4 or 5 of the Juvenile Act becomes final and conclusive;
4. 다른 법률에 의하여 이 법에 의한 보호관찰을 받도록 명하는 판결 또는 결정이 확정된 때
4. When a judgment or decision ordering probation under the Act pursuant to another Act becomes final and conclusive.
