보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제24조(성인수형자에 대한 보호관찰의 심사와 결정)

① 심사위원회는 「형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」 제122조에 따라 가석방되는 사람에 대하여 보호관찰의 필요성을 심사하여 결정한다.

② 심사위원회는 제1항에 따른 보호관찰심사를 할 때에는 제28조에 따른 보호관찰 사안조사 결과를 고려하여야 한다.
