Act on Probation, etc., Article 63 (Termination of Community Service and Course Attendance)

① 사회봉사ㆍ수강은 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에 종료한다. <개정 2014.12.30, 2019.4.16>

(1) Community커뮤너티 service서^v비스 and앤드 course코스 attendance어텐든스 shall섈 end엔드 when웬 the^ð더 person퍼슨 subject서브젝트 to투 the^ð더 community커뮤너티 service서^v비스 or오 attendance어텐든스 order오더 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 사회봉사명령 또는 수강명령의 집행을 완료한 때

1. When웬 the^ð디 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 the^ð더 community커뮤너티 service서^v비스 order오더 or오 attendance어텐든스 order오더 has해즈 been빈 completed;컴플리티드

2. 형의 집행유예 기간이 지난 때

2. When웬 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 the^ð디 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 sentence센튼스 has해즈 passed;패스트

3. 「형법」 제63조 또는 제64조에 따라 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령을 조건으로 한 집행유예의 선고가 실효되거나 취소된 때

② 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자가 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 집행 중 금고 이상의 형의 집행을 받게 된 때에는 해당 형의 집행이 종료ㆍ면제되거나 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자가 가석방된 경우 잔여 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령을 집행한다. <신설 2019.4.16>
