보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제64조(준용 규정)

① 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자에 대하여는 제34조부터 제36조까지, 제54조, 제55조, 제55조의4, 제56조 및 제57조를 준용한다. <개정 2014.12.30, 2019.4.16>

② 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자의 준수사항이나 명령 위반에 따른 경고, 구인, 유치, 집행유예 취소 및 보호처분 변경 등에 관하여는 제37조부터 제45조까지, 제46조, 제46조의2부터 제46조의5까지, 제47조 및 제49조를 준용한다. <개정 2019.4.16>
