Private School Act, Article 20-3 (Suspension of Officers from Performing Their Duties)

① 관할청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 60일의 범위에서 해당 임원의 직무를 정지시킬 수 있으며, 부득이한 사유가 있을 때에는 60일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
