산업안전보건법 제170조의2(벌칙)

제174조제1항에 따라 이수명령을 부과받은 사람이 보호관찰소의 장 또는 교정시설의 장의 이수명령 이행에 관한 지시에 따르지 아니하여 「보호관찰 등에 관한 법률」 또는 「형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」에 따른 경고를 받은 후 재차 정당한 사유 없이 이수명령 이행에 관한 지시에 따르지 아니한 경우에는 다음 각 호에 따른다.
