1. 장해상태가 악화된 경우: 제56조제5항에 따른 재판정 진찰일이 속한 달의 다음달부터 변경된 장해등급등에 해당하는 장해보상연금 또는 진폐보상연금을 지급

2. 장해상태가 호전된 경우(변경된 장해등급이 제8급부터 제14급까지에 해당하는 경우를 포함한다): 변경된 장해등급에 해당하는 장해보상일시금의 지급일수가 이미 지급한 장해보상연금액을 지급 당시의 각각의 평균임금으로 나눈 일수의 합계보다 많은 경우에만 그 일수의 차에 평균임금을 곱한 금액 지급
