산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제60조(유족보상연금 청구에 관한 대표자 선임 등)

① 유족보상연금 수급권자가 2명 이상 있을 때에는 그 중 1명을 유족보상연금의 청구와 수령에 관한 대표자로 선임할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 대표자를 선임하거나 그 선임된 대표자를 해임한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 선임 또는 해임을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 공단에 신고하여야 한다.
