Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, Article 63 (Adjustment of the Amount of the Survivors' Compensation Pension)

공단은 다음 각 호의 사유가 발생하면 유족보상연금 수급권자의 청구에 의하거나 직권으로 그 사유가 발생한 달의 다음 달 분부터 유족보상연금의 금액을 조정한다.
