산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제75조(특별급여액의 징수)

① 보험가입자는 법 제78조제3항 및 법 제79조제2항에 따라 장해특별급여액 또는 유족특별급여액의 납부통지를 받으면 그 금액을 1년에 걸쳐 4회로 분할납부할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 장해특별급여액 또는 유족특별급여액을 분할납부하려는 경우 최초의 납부액은 납부통지를 받은 날이 속하는 분기의 말일까지 납부하고, 그 이후의 납부액은 각각 그 분기의 말일까지 납부하여야 한다.
