산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제76조(다른 보상이나 배상과의 조정 기준)

법 제80조제3항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 환산한 금액"이란 수급권자가 지급받은 금품의 가액(이 법에 따라 보험급여를 산정할 당시의 가액을 말한다)을 말하되, 요양서비스를 제공받은 경우에는 그 요양에 드는 비용으로 환산한 금액을 말한다.
