Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, Article 83-6 (Remuneration of Labor Providers)
법 제91조의15제5호 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금품"이란 다음 각 호의 금품을 말한다.
"Money or goods prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the main text of subparagraph 5 of Article 91-15 of the Act means the following:
1. 「소득세법」 제12조제2호 또는 제5호에 해당하는 비과세소득
1. Non-taxable income under subparagraph 2 or 5 of Article 12 of the Income Tax Act;
2. 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시하는 방법에 따라 산정한 필요경비
2. Necessary expenses calculated by the method determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
