산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제98조(보험급여 결정등의 집행정지)

① 심사 청구는 해당 보험급여 결정등의 집행을 정지시키지 않는다. 다만, 공단은 그 집행으로 발생할 중대한 손실을 피하기 위하여 긴급한 필요가 있다고 인정하면 그 집행을 정지시킬 수 있다.

② 공단은 제1항 단서에 따라 집행을 정지시킨 경우에는 지체 없이 심사 청구인 및 해당 보험급여 결정등을 한 공단의 소속 기관에 문서로 알려야 한다.
