Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, Article 99 (Composition of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Review Committee)

① 법 제104조제1항에 따른 산업재해보상보험심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 150명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 위원 중 2명은 상임으로 한다. <개정 2010.3.26, 2015.4.14>

② 심사위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 공단 이사장이 위촉하거나 임명한다.

③ 심사위원회의 위원장은 상임위원 중에서 공단 이사장이 임명한다.

④ 심사위원회의 위원 중 5분의 2에 해당하는 위원은 제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로서 근로자 단체 및 사용자 단체가 각각 추천하는 사람 중에서 위촉한다. 이 경우 근로자 단체 및 사용자 단체가 추천한 위원은 같은 수로 한다.

⑤ 심사위원회 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 임기가 끝난 위원은 그 후임자가 위촉되거나 임명될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.
