Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, Article 91-14 (Criteria for Calculating Disability Benefits and Funeral Expenses for Children with Health Damage)
건강손상자녀에게 지급하는 보험급여 중 장해급여 및 장례비의 산정기준이 되는 금액은 각각 제57조제2항 및 제71조에도 불구하고 다음 각 호와 같다.
Notwithstanding Article 57 (2) and Article 71, the amounts serving as the basis for calculating disability benefits and funeral expenses among the insurance benefits paid for a child with health damage shall be as follows:
1. 장해급여: 제36조제7항에 따른 최저 보상기준 금액
1. Disability benefits: the minimum compensation standard amount under Article 36 (7);
2. 장례비: 제71조제2항에 따른 장례비 최저 금액
2. Funeral expenses: the minimum amount of funeral expenses under Article 71 (2).
