상법 제287조의15(법인이 업무집행자인 경우의 특칙)

① 법인이 업무집행자인 경우에는 그 법인은 해당 업무집행자의 직무를 행할 자를 선임하고, 그 자의 성명과 주소를 다른 사원에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 선임된 직무수행자에 대하여는 제287조의11과 제287조의12를 준용한다.
