소득세법 시행령 제212조(매출ㆍ매입처별계산서합계표의 제출 등)

①사업자는 법 제78조에 따른 기한까지 재정경제부령으로 정하는 매출ㆍ매입처별계산서합계표를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1996.12.31, 1997.12.31, 1998.4.1, 1999.12.31, 2008.2.29, 2010.2.18, 2010.12.30, 2025.12.30>

②제211조의 계산서의 작성ㆍ교부 및 제1항의 매출ㆍ매입처별계산서합계표의 제출에 관하여는 이 영에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 「부가가치세법」 제32조부터 제35조까지 및 제54조와 같은 법 시행령 제69조부터 제72조까지 및 제97조부터 제99조까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2005.2.19, 2013.6.28>

③ 법 제163조제2항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 계산서등을 발급하는 경우"란 위탁자 또는 본인의 명의로 제2항에 따라 계산서를 발급하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2010.2.18>

④법 제163조제2항 본문의 규정에 의하여 수탁자 또는 대리인이 재화를 공급한 것으로 보아 계산서를 교부하는 경우에는 계산서에 그 사실을 부기하여야 한다. <신설 1998.12.31>

⑤ 제211조제5항에 따라 용역을 공급받는 자로부터 원천징수영수증을 발급받고, 원천징수의무자가 지급명세서를 제출한 거래에 대해서는 제1항에 따른 매출ㆍ매입처별계산서합계표를 제출한 것으로 본다. <신설 2020.2.11>
