소방기본법 제40조의2(교육계획의 수립 및 평가 등)

① 안전원의 장(이하 "안전원장"이라 한다)은 소방기술과 안전관리의 기술향상을 위하여 매년 교육 수요조사를 실시하여 교육계획을 수립하고 소방청장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

② 안전원장은 소방청장에게 해당 연도 교육결과를 평가ㆍ분석하여 보고하여야 하며, 소방청장은 교육평가 결과를 제1항의 교육계획에 반영하게 할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 evaluate이^v밸류에잇 and앤드 analyze애널라이즈 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 year이어 and앤드 report^r리포트 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency,에이전시 and앤드 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 may메이 have해^v브 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 education에저케이션 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 reflected^r리^f플렉티드 in인 the^ð디 education에저케이션 plan플랜 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 안전원장은 제2항의 교육결과를 객관적이고 정밀하게 분석하기 위하여 필요한 경우 교육 관련 전문가로 구성된 위원회를 운영할 수 있다.

④ 제3항에 따른 위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
