소비자기본법 시행령 제59조(집단분쟁조정 절차에 대한 참가신청)

①집단분쟁조정의 당사자가 아닌 소비자나 사업자가 법 제68조제3항에 따라 추가로 집단분쟁조정의 당사자로 참가하려면 제58조제1항의 공고기간 이내에 서면으로 참가신청을 하여야 한다.

②조정위원회는 제1항에 따라 집단분쟁조정의 당사자 참가신청을 받으면 제1항의 참가신청기간이 끝난 후 10일 이내에 참가인정 여부를 서면으로 알려야 한다.
