1. 제9조제4항을 위반하여 전자장치의 효용을 해치는 행위를 한 사람

3. 제17조의3제2항을 위반하여 피해자등의 주소, 성명, 나이, 직업, 학교, 용모, 인적 사항, 사진 등 피해자등을 특정하여 파악할 수 있게 하는 정보를 신문 등 인쇄물에 싣거나 「방송법」 제2조제1호에 따른 방송 또는 정보통신망을 통하여 공개한 사람

1. 제9조제1항제2호 또는 제3호의 잠정조치를 이행하지 아니한 사람
