약사법 시행령 제32조의4(의약품유통정보 제공에 대한 수수료)

① 의약품관리종합정보센터는 의약품 품목허가를 받은 자, 수입자, 의약품 도매상 등의 신청에 따라 의약품유통정보를 가공하여 제공하는 경우(「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 공개에 해당하는 경우는 제외한다)에는 해당 신청인에게 수수료를 받을 수 있다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 수수료를 감면할 수 있다. <개정 2010.3.15>

② 제1항에 따른 수수료는 의약품유통정보의 가공 및 제공에 드는 비용, 의약품 유통정보관리에 필요한 프로그램의 개발 비용 등을 고려하여 실비의 범위에서 정하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 수수료는 의약품관리종합정보센터가 지정하는 금융기관 또는 체신관서에 현금(정보통신망을 이용한 전자화폐 및 전자결제 등의 방법에 따른 지급을 포함한다)으로 납부하여야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 의약품유통정보의 신청 방법 및 수수료의 감면 대상과 감면 비율, 제2항에 따른 수수료의 구체적인 산정 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2010.3.15>
