약사법 제79조의2(약사회 및 한약사회의 면허취소 또는 자격정지 처분 요구 등)

① 약사회 또는 한약사회의 장은 약사 또는 한약사가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 것으로 판단되는 경우에는 약사회 또는 한약사회의 윤리위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 보건복지부장관에게 다음 각 호에 따른 처분을 요구할 수 있다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항제1호에 따라 약사회 또는 한약사회의 장이 약사 또는 한약사에 대한 면허 취소 처분을 요구할 경우에는 해당 약사 또는 한약사에게 제5조제1호ㆍ제3호의 결격사유 해당 여부에 관하여 전문의의 검사를 받도록 명할 수 있다.
