약사법 제80조(면허ㆍ허가ㆍ등록증 등의 갱신)

약사면허 또는 한약사면허를 받은 자, 약국개설등록을 한 자, 안전상비의약품 판매자 또는 의약품 판매업 허가를 받은 자는 보건복지부령으로, 의약품등의 제조업 허가를 받거나 위탁제조판매업 신고를 한 자는 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 면허증ㆍ허가증ㆍ등록증 등을 갱신하여야 한다.
