Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, Article 14-4 (Revocation of Registration)

① 금융위원회는 모집인이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 6개월 안의 기간을 정하여 그 업무의 정지를 명하거나 그 등록을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>

② 금융위원회는 모집인이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 등록을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2010.3.12, 2016.3.29>

1. 제14조의3제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 경우

2. 등록 당시 제14조의3제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자이었음이 밝혀진 경우

3. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제14조의3제1항에 따른 등록을 한 경우

3의2. 제14조의5제2항제4호 또는 제5호를 위반한 경우

4. 정당한 사유 없이 제14조의5제4항에 따른 조사를 거부하는 경우

③ 금융위원회는 제1항이나 제2항에 따라 업무의 정지를 명하거나 등록을 취소하려면 모집인에게 해명(解明)을 위한 의견제출의 기회를 주어야 한다.

(3) When웬 intending인텐딩 to투 order오더 a어 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 business비즈니스 or오 revoke^r리^v보우크 a어 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) or오 (2), the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 shall섈 give기^v브 the^ð더 recruiter^r리크^r루터 an앤 opportunity아퍼투너티 to투 submit서브밋 an앤 opinion어피니언 in인 explanation.엑스플러네이션

④ 금융위원회는 모집인의 업무의 정지를 명하거나 등록을 취소한 경우에는 지체 없이 이유를 적은 문서로 그 뜻을 모집인에게 알려야 한다.
