외국인근로자의 고용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조의2(특례고용가능확인서의 변경 확인)

① 사용자는 법 제12조제6항에 따라 특례고용가능확인서를 발급받은 후 해당 사업이나 사업장의 업종 또는 규모 등의 변화로 특례고용가능확인서의 내용 중 그 사업 또는 사업장에서 고용할 수 있는 외국인근로자의 수 등 고용노동부령으로 정하는 중요 사항을 변경하여야 할 필요가 있는 경우에는 직업안정기관의 장에게 특례고용가능확인서의 변경 확인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
