Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Employment, etc. of Foreign Workers, Article 8 (Public Announcement of Plans for Bringing in Foreign Workers)
법 제5조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 방법"이란 다음 각 호의 매체를 통하여 공고하는 것을 말한다.
The term "manner prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 5 (1) of the Act means giving public notice through the following media:
1. 관보
1. The Official Gazette;
2. 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 그 보급지역을 전국으로 하여 등록한 일간신문
2. A daily newspaper registered with the whole country as its distribution area under Article 9 (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers;
3. 인터넷
