위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제30조의5(통계자료의 제출)

① 위치정보사업자는 법 제32조에 따라 국회 과학기술정보방송통신위원회와 방송미디어통신위원회에 다음 각 호의 자료를 매 반기가 종료된 날부터 30일 이내에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 자료는 전자적 파일의 형태로 하여 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호에 따른 정보통신망을 이용하여 전송하거나, 그 내용을 기록ㆍ보관ㆍ출력할 수 있는 전자적 정보저장매체에 기록하여 제출할 수 있다.
