위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제38조(권한의 위임 및 위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 방송미디어통신위원회의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 소속 기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 이 법에 따른 방송미디어통신위원회의 다음 각 호의 업무는 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제52조에 따른 한국인터넷진흥원 또는 「방송통신발전 기본법」 제34조에 따른 한국정보통신기술협회에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2021.10.19, 2025.10.1>
