유아교육법 시행령 제22조의14(사립유치원에 두는 운영위원회의 구성 등)

① 법 제19조의3에 따라 사립유치원에 두는 운영위원회는 해당 유치원의 교원위원 및 학부모위원으로 구성한다.

② 사립유치원의 장은 해당 운영위원회의 당연직 교원위원이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 principal프^r린서플 of어^v브 a어 private프^r라이^v벗 kindergarten킨더가튼 shall섈 be비 an앤 ex엑스 officio어^f피시오 teacher티처 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 steering스티^r링 committee.커미티

③ 당연직 교원위원을 제외한 교원위원은 정관 또는 유치원규칙에서 정하는 바에 따라 교직원 전체회의에서 추천(「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제3조제1호에 따른 재난이나 그 밖의 불가피한 사유로 교직원 전체회의를 개최하기 어려운 경우에는 제22조의5제2항 후단에 따른 방법 및 절차에 따라 추천)한 사람 중에서 유치원의 장이 위촉한다. <개정 2020.4.7, 2020.7.28>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 사립유치원에 두는 운영위원회의 구성, 위원의 선출 및 위원의 제척 등에 관하여는 제22조의3, 제22조의5제2항ㆍ제3항ㆍ제5항부터 제7항까지(제5항의 경우 교직원 전체회의에 관한 부분은 제외한다), 제22조의9 및 제22조의10제2항ㆍ제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "국립ㆍ공립 유치원"은 "사립유치원"으로, "심의"는 "자문"으로, "시ㆍ도의 조례"는 "정관 또는 유치원규칙"으로 본다. <개정 2017.6.13, 2020.4.7, 2020.7.28>

⑤ 사립유치원의 장은 운영위원회의 자문결과를 최대한 존중하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 principal프^r린서플 of어^v브 a어 private프^r라이^v벗 kindergarten킨더가튼 shall섈 respect^r리스펙트 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 consultation칸설테이션 by바이 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 to투 the^ð더 maximum맥서멈 extent.익스텐트

⑥ 관할청은 사립유치원의 장이 제4항에 따라 준용되는 제22조의10제2항에 따른 사유 없이 자문을 거쳐야 할 사항을 자문을 거치지 않고 시행하는 경우에는 법 제30조에 따른 시정을 명할 수 있다. <신설 2020.7.28>

⑦ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 사립유치원에 두는 운영위원회의 구성에 필요한 사항은 정관 또는 유치원규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2020.7.28>
