응급의료에 관한 법률 제44조의3(구급차등의 말소신고 등)

① 제44조제1항제1호의 구급차등 운용자는 구급차등이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 구급차등의 말소 통보를 하여야 한다.

② 제44조제1항제2호부터 제5호까지의 구급차등 운용자는 구급차등이 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 구급차등의 말소 신고를 하여야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 말소 통보 또는 신고를 하여야 하는 자가 말소 통보 또는 신고를 하지 아니할 경우 직권으로 말소할 수 있다.
