의료법 시행령 제43조(과징금의 산정 기준)

법 제67조에 따른 과징금의 금액은 위반행위의 종류와 위반 정도 등을 고려하여 보건복지부령으로 정하는 의료업 정지처분 기준에 따라 별표 1의2의 과징금 산정 기준을 적용하여 산정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.4.20, 2010.3.15, 2017.6.20>
