인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법 시행령 제16조의4(인공지능연구기관의 설립 준비)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제22조의3에 따라 인공지능의 개발ㆍ활용 등에 관한 연구를 수행하는 기관(이하 "인공지능연구기관"이라 한다)을 설립하려는 경우 10명 이내의 설립위원을 위촉하여 인공지능연구기관의 설립에 관한 사무를 처리하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 설립위원은 인공지능연구기관의 설립이 완료되었을 때에는 해촉된 것으로 본다.
