임금채권보장법 시행령 제18조의2(대지급금의 수령 위임)

① 대지급금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 부상 또는 질병으로 대지급금을 수령할 수 없는 경우에는 법 제11조의2제2항에 따라 그 가족에게 수령을 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.1, 2021.10.14>

② 제1항에 따라 대지급금 수령을 위임받은 사람이 대지급금을 지급받으려면 그 위임 사실 및 가족관계를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 제출해야 한다. <개정 2021.10.14>
