자동차관리법 시행령 제9조의13(위원회 운영의 위탁 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제47조의12제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 업무를 「한국교통안전공단법」에 따른 한국교통안전공단(이하 "한국교통안전공단"이라 한다)에 위탁한다. <개정 2021.2.2>

(1) Under언더 Article아터클 47-12 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 affairs어^f페어즈 to투 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Transportation트^r랜스퍼테이션 Safety세이^f프티 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 under언더 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Transportation트^r랜스퍼테이션 Safety세이^f프티 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Korea코^r리아 Transportation트^r랜스퍼테이션 Safety세이^f프티 Authority"):어^θ쏘^r러티

② 제1항에 따라 위탁된 사무를 처리하기 위하여 한국교통안전공단에 위원회 사무국(이하 "사무국"이라 한다)을 둔다.

(2) To투 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), a어 Committee커미티 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "secretariat")세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Transportation트^r랜스퍼테이션 Safety세이^f프티 Authority.어^θ쏘^r러티

③ 사무국에 사무국장 1명과 제1항 각 호의 업무처리를 위하여 필요한 조직과 직원을 둔다.

(3) The^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 and앤드 the^ð디 organization오거너제이션 and앤드 staff스태^f프 necessary네서세^r리 to투 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 under언더 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

④ 사무국장은 위원장의 명을 받아 사무를 처리하고, 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독하며, 위원회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 handle핸들 affairs어^f페어즈 under언더 the^ð디 orders오더즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 direct더^r렉트 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 the^ð더 staff,스태^f프 and앤드 may메이 attend어텐드 and앤드 speak스픽 at앳 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

⑤ 사무국은 사무의 원활한 처리를 위하여 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 및 특별자치도에 분사무소를 설치할 수 있다.

(5) For^f포 the^ð더 smooth스무^ð드 handling핸들링 of어^v브 affairs,어^f페어즈 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 may메이 set셋 up업 branch브^r랜치 offices오^f퍼시즈 in인 the^ð더 Special스페실 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City,시티 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 Cities,시티즈 the^ð더 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City,시티 Dos,도스 and앤드 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Provinces.프^r라^v번시즈

⑥ 사무국의 조직 및 정원은 한국교통안전공단 이사장이 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아 정한다.
