자동차관리법 제30조의12(자동차 사이버공격ㆍ위협의 신고 등)

① 제30조의9제1항에 따라 자동차 사이버보안 관리체계 인증을 받은 자동차제작자등은 자동차 사이버공격ㆍ위협과 관련된 사고가 발생한 때에는 국토교통부장관에게 즉시 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다.

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 신고가 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제7호에 따른 침해사고에 해당하는 경우에는 이와 관련된 정보를 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 같은 법 제52조에 따른 한국인터넷진흥원에 지체 없이 공유하여야 한다.

③ 자동차 사이버공격ㆍ위협에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에는 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」을 적용한다.
